Insurance

5. I  am already entitled to my company's insurance. How is this different?
While insurance providers offer outpatient specialist services (eg: TCM, Physiotherapy), there is usually a maximum cap for total claims, restricting to only a few visits for your recovery journey.

Additionally, in-person physical therapy has low adherence rate because patients fail to do their exercises or find time in their busy lives for in person physical therapy treatments. 7 out of 10 patients can't adhere to physical therapy regimens, affecting positive outcomes for their recovery journey.

Helping patients with musculoskeletal pain achieve behavioural change requires timely coaching at a time/place that conveniently fits into their daily lives and routine. Remote, personalised coaching along with emotional support plays a huge part in achieving positive outcomes for patients.

6. Is this covered in my company's insurance plans?
Currently, it is not covered however we are actively working with insurance partners and companies to make this solution accessible for you.
